Why is it that if your company's equipment goes bad I am either going to be charged a $99 service call fee, sign up for a $8.95 service plan, or pay $19.95 for shipping and handling only to have to call your support group to get everything programmed. We have cancelled the receiver that was bad and will soon be changing providers. It is going to be a pleasure to see companies with this type of customer service go out of business. You all can fool some, however not all of your customers are complete idiots.
