Phyllis Zehnick sent a message to David Nelms that said:
Discover Card should be ashamed of themselves during this time of crisis to demand payments of $100 for a balance just over $2000. I have a credit card that has a balance of $5000 and only request $80 a month payment. Even then; if I contacted them and stated that I was effected by COVID19, they would work with me.
I work for a credit card company and we are working with all our customers.
This behavior cannot go on without repercussions. I think if this person cannot be assisted I think social media should be made aware of such despicable practices.
