Hello Roger,
I have a secured account with you since July 2016 and have yet to be upgraded, however over 6 months ago, you gave me a new discover card with a $5000 limit (double my secured card) and then just increased that limit an additional $1000 today. SO why is it you have not upgraded my secured card. Your team continues to tell me it's a system issue and they can't help me. I need your help in resolving asap. This is beyond unacceptable as a customer and your company should be ashamed of it's self as your marketing stating you help rebuild credit is not accurate. I expect a resolution asap.
