I am ending my 28 year business relationship with Discover card. Your disputes department failed to identify fraudulent charges from care.com for $585.00. We used the service for one week in Oct 2018, and agreed to pay one fee of $39. Care.com has continually charged my discover card for almost 1.5 years for $39 per month. I will not pay these fraudulent charges. We were not able to find a suitable tutor for my daughter from this website. We elected to use wyzant.com for tutoring services.
