I am first responder who has been working insane hours first for COVID and now civil unrest. All I wanted to do was order basic groceries to be delivered. Discover denied a $76 charge even though I have $18k credit available and am up to date on my payments. I cried this morning when your agents couldn't fix it (they were very nice though) and I am crying and angry tonight as I have no toilet paper... Why was the charge declined? I know that I am emotionally and physically exhausted from work but this is just feeling like the straw that broke the camels back and I can't stop crying.....
