Dear Mr. Hochschild,
I have been a cardholder since 2014. Discover has grown to be my card of choice. Up until May 2 to today, I am reaching out to you due an unresolveable dispute which now will include Discover Card Services due and a fictitous company named Sonoma Valley Health, Pure Health Nutrition and other names scattered all over the internet and their unfair deceptive business practices. Your company's customer service and fraud departments decision is unfounded and downright ethically wrong. Please help.
