This is a complaint-David C has advised he is scheduling a direct/deposit to me; however it won't occur for 2 weeks. As a check was previously promised a month ago, which never materialized, it's plain that customer service is not working-therefore, I need immediate action-I'm a 20+ year customer, and this is no way to treat loyalty-your intervention in correcting this wrong is appreciated.
