We are currently on payment plan (or was) but discover states they sent letters and could not get in touch with us the phone rang once and then they got a busy signal .. no one else who has called us has had any issues. Only discover?? Things happen that are beyond the control of customerâ i know both i and my husband have been in Banking tor 40 plus years and things happen!!
Last year we had high medical bills due to family illness and i took medical leave to care for family memberâ
Citibank, Capital one, us bank, hyundai finance are worked with us and no charge off and most of accts are current.. Kudos to themð

I called IUI (department who charged acct off on April 03â we missed payment feb but made March Payment) in ohio and talked to Hannah and Josh both stating they are supervisors â
Hannah response was they have Alot of PEOPLE who have Been charged off this month And if we do it for you we have to do it for Everyone .. Since the beginning of March our lives have been on hold here in New York â i pray that non-one else has to deal with this as we have.. it is horrible!!
