Hello my name is Joseph Bellini I'm very disappointed with dish Network technicians operation manager for bullhead City when I had it installed 3 years ago I had iT INSTALLED i had big issues with the three dish employees .now my dish needs to be aligned and I'm having issues again. technician came out here said I cannot go up there it's unsafe I said dish Network installed it up there and he said he's arguing with me saying no they didn't it must have been a contractor it was not a contractor it was 3 dish employees and he wanted to argue with me that it wasn't a dish technician. He said it was unsafe to get to the dish and he call his manager I said go ahead he came back and said I need to take pictures how he can't take pictures unless he goes up on the platform there to take the picture so of course he makes note saying I won't let him take pictures unless he gets up there as he said it's unsafe. All he want to do is argue with me over and over again so he got pissed off in his left in his van with me over and over again so he got pissed off got in his van and left. I just don't understand an employee number one is lying on the document saying I won't let him take a picture she can't take the picture unless he gets up there on the roof area so he stormed off and I'm just trying to email people to see if I can get this resolved ASAP can someone please help me get this resolved. This is kind of ridiculous you're not a mom and pop operation you make 14 billion dollars in revenue fix my dish for me please thank you Joseph Bellini
