I have been a good customer for 22+ years. I have just received next years "increase" letter. I have the 200 channel package and local stations and have a very old receiver. I "chatted" with customer service to see about lowering my bill and getting an updated receiver. No can do - and I can get an updated receiver for $22 more a month. I wanted to have my bill lowered. This is just ridiculous. I have been a valued customer and this is making me want to finally drop Dish, sad to say. There have to be better and cheaper options out there. Happy Holidays! Cyndi Ley
