I have requested a replacement Joey for one that is causing me a lot of problems, and the first time I was told they would send me one, it never came. second time, just NO. I will be leaving dish soon because YOU DON'T CARE. I don't understand your customer services lack of empathy and ownership. It reflects badly on your company.
