Mr. Carlson, I am a new Dish customer in which I dropped AT&T for Dish. I was told that I would get a $100.00 gift card if I went swished to Dish. I have paid my first bill and was wandering when the gift card would come, in calling customer service she explained that I was not signed up for the gift card. When I called foe the service and replied to the young man about the card he explained I would have not gotten it if I didn't ask foe it so I did. He said I would be receiving it in the mail in which I never did.
In calling customer service she said I would have to go on line and fill out these papers with my first bill and the date the Dish was installed, I do have all the info but why do I have to go show all this when she can look at my account and see all the information there. My first was paid before the due date and I am not understanding why I have to do all this. If you can please explain to me why. Thank you in Advance.
