Mr. Carlson, I'm a retired telcom executive who recently converted to DISH. Had I known you did not include our local sports (Bally Sports, previously Fox Sports Detroit) I would never had converted. I have two neighbors interested in moving to another cable provider and I'm convinced the lack of this channel will influence their decision as our other cable provider include it. I'm actually running the numbers on simply canceling DISH after two weeks because of this. I'm certain you will see a serious decline in subscribers as a result and trust you understand the urgency of this situation and are actively pursuing adding Bally Sports. I know too well the cost of recovering lost customer and the math speaks for itself. PLEASE tell me this is actively being worked. Respectfully, Richard Bantau
