The leadership of Dish must not want customer retention, I have listened and read the rhetoric of the dish promise, as a 16+ year dish customer it was ridiculous that nbc was not available this morning after a month of no hbo. Your service is a premium service for which I pay, please don’t lecture me on “small America” - please provide the services for which I pay a premium for. To add insult to injury no nbc this morning with your organization telling me to go get an antenna, how absurd, I pay you to not have an antenna - is anyone awake there?
