We have been with Dish for 9 years. Trust me we have plenty of offers to sign up with other companies, but stayed with your company. Today (May 18, 2020) with the world in such a terrible situation, financially and other wise, we're having a HARD time surviving. Have tried to work something out with Dish to no avail. WE NEED HELP and I HOPE AND PRAY YOU WILL INTERVENE and HELP US STAY WITH DISH. No worker's are willing to assist us, THEY ARE COLD WITH NO SOUL OR COMPASSION!!! We only have (1) check a month, S.S. coming in. PLEASE HELP!!
