1914 ArWe picked up our grocery items for Order # 7438207059256 on Tuesday, June 16th at the pickup site of Wal-Mart at 8180 S. Tryon St. in Charlotte, N.C. Everything was fine and we were charged
$ 156.32 on my Visa Card ending in 0224. We had no problem with the pickup and delivery service and all went well. After putting away all our groceries, we found one of the items that was picked at, so we threw it away, but the biggest problem is the fact that we wanted to start a new grocery cart pickup list, but going online, our cart is not back to 0, but instead the same items we picked up on the 16th is still listed. I called several numbers at no avail and spent hours trying to get this matter settled, but each time was given another number or customer service to resolve the matter. Needless to say, it never got resolved.
I decided to wait until today, June 18th to call the pickup and delivery service number at my local Wal-Mart. I spoke to an agent online and told her I needed to speak to the manager of the pickup and delivery service. She said the lady in charge was not at her desk now, so I left my order # and phone number to call me back. At this writing, that has not happened. I am getting frustrated with Wal-Mart, therefore once this situation has been rectified, I will likely seek another food sourceâ¦.thank you, Jerry L.
