I just want you know that I get these surveys from Walmart and when I do I do them but I never get a response back.
I been having so much trouble with your online service and store service. When I tried to take something back to the store and I donât have the receipt because it was gift and I just want store credit. They wonât even do that for me. That happen to me more then once. Customer service representative was rude and mean.
Let me tell you about your online service mainly your third party I usually donât get the products or the refunds. When I do get the product it usually donât work. When I tried to take it back to the store. Which I was told to do, pack it up and put the address on it and the store will take care of the rest. Well they donât they gave me such a hard time that put me in tears I was so upset. They didnât care. When I called customer service to tell them and they lied to my face. I guess Iâm old fashion I would have to go above and beyond for the customer to make them happy. There is a lot more I can tell you but I will leave it at that.
I do a lot of shopping at Walmart but right now I donât want anything to do with your company.
