Faith Collides is a podcast for people who feel faith can collide at work or in their careers. It is new and targets millennials like myself. It also aims to target an international audience as I am based in Dubai and I am part of Fellowship the largest evangelical church in Dubai with 5,000 expats and 100 nationalities present. My background is in audio journalism so the episode is not just an interview upload. My team spends significant time editing out the best soundbites and creating a narrative storyline so the format structure is similar to that of NPRâs âHow I Built This,â but my focus is more like âHow God Did Itâ in the lives of successful industry leaders.
