Good morning Mr McMillon, I sent you an email on Tuesday about a problem of receiving a full refund for a soundbar that I purchased and the woffer went out. I no longer have the receipt and your sore managers told me that they could only refund me $54.00 because I didn't have the receipt and that this sound bar had been reduce to $54.00 which isn't true. I originally paid about $250.00 for it with taxes and the warranty, not $54.00. I even showed your managers a copy of the price placard that was in the display area where the item was being shown. Please Sir for my second attempt to hear back from you or your executive assistance about this matter. Thanks
