I am a sams club employee ive worked there for 18 years when I first started they used to ask if anyone had extra sick pay they wanted to donate to someone in need.recently at my club my team lead was in a situation where she could use some help she had a death in her family. she had no pto time left .I was willing to donate time to her out of my sick time that I cant use and will not get paid for when I leave sams even though I earned it.i think .you should reinstate the policy where we can donate time to people who are in need .thank you for your time
