@dmcmillon17 – Doug McMillon – I am a three score and seventeen year old veteran who owns a small business

steve watson sent a message to Doug McMillon that said:

I am a three score and seventeen year old veteran who owns a small business in El Paso. The future of my business is bleak. But, I am not overly concerned because our business, presently, is only down 20%. However, for my employees, I am concerned about the following:

1) The unpreparedness of our government and the medical community to handle this pandemic; the lack of medical supplies to fight this pandemic, etc., etc., etc.

2) Grocery stores! We, the public, are doing what the government asked us to do! However,

ALL Wall-Mart grocery stores are almost empty and have been this way ever since the pandemic started!

Sam’s near Mesa and I-10 in El Paso no longer honors hours set aside for business owners. Paying for this privilege was a waste of time and money. Amazing!

Walmart’s executives claim that their company is helping people “live a better life.” Bull Crap!!
Doug McMilon and his cronies should visit their stores in El Paso and check out our “better life.” Then they should visit other grocery chains in the area that have no shortages.

3) The lack of toilet paper! Unbelievable!

Doug McMilon, his cronies and other wealthy individuals, including politicians, enjoy the luxury having their asses wiped with genuine toilet paper at little or no cost to them. As long as they have an adequate supply of toilet paper, there will be no urgent need to address this issue.

By the way, this past week veterans have stolen toilet paper out of the Veterans Administrations facilities. Soon, individuals will start breaking into homes and businesses just to steal toilet paper.

Soon, my employees will be wiping their asses with pages from my Sears & Roebuck catalog or even corn cobs. Go ahead and laugh your asses off! I’m just a silly senile old man with a weird sense of humor who is ignorant about this issue.

We, the public, are doing what the government asked us to do. What are federal, state and local politicians doing to resolve this issue? What are Walmart’s executives doing to resolve this issue? Obviously, since these stores have been empty for weeks, the answer is “nothing.”
