I am contacting you today about a big issue at our West Burlington Iowa store. You need to remove the large sign at the entrance that clearly states that masks ARE required to enter the store. There are no longer associates outside enforcing it. I was at the store last night and I saw so many shoppers without masks. I asked a person in the produce department (employee) why even have the sign if youâre not going to enforce it. He told me you arenât able to say anything to all of the unmasked shoppers because Enforcing wearing masks canât be done because itâs not required by law. I have been at numerous other local businesses and they enforce it. They approach people entering their store who do not have masks on and tell them they have to wear a mask while in the store. If they donât comply they are asked to leave. I donât understand why Walmart quit enforcing it.
