I have been a long time customer of Walmart Port Orchard Washington. I am also disabled and in a wheelchair. I have had some very unpleasant experiences lately regarding the small hand carry plastic baskets. I have been informed that I cannot use them to help me get my purchased/paid for items out to my car. The gentleman at the door stopped me, removed my items from the basket on my lap, and took the basket. He had placed them on the floor which I couldn't pick up due to the wheelchair, then offered a shopping cart. I don't know how he thought I could wheel myself around in the wheelchair and push a cart at the same time. Not the brightest tool in the shed. He then told me to move it along because I was blocking the doorway. Another customer stepped in to help pick my packages up from the floor and help carry them out for me. Needless to say I won't be shopping at Walmart anymore. I will shop at Fred Meyers or BiMart.
