I just learned that my account with Walmart has been closed, due to " the number if dishonoured payments on the account".. The amount of dishonored payments are 2, one during september during the horrible conditions we were under due to hurricanes. The second one, just this week and as soon as I learned that the automatic debit did not go through, I immediately corrected the problem.

When I called today after receiving this letter informing me about the closing, (which by the way is dated Ap;rip 13th and I just got it today, April 24) I was very disappointed to hear that nothing could be done to reinstate my account.

I have been a loyal customer of Walmart for years, I did 85% of all my shopping at that store. Not only did you benefit from me of the interest in my to the max card, but I did many purchases cash as well.

After this unfortunate and frankly unreasonable action by Walmart, I will no longer be a customer. I will not continue to support a retailer that acts this way, and all your expressions about how much the company cares about the customer, just proven to be false. What a shame!
