My experience with Walmart.com. I ordered 3 pair of jeans and a can opener on black Friday. Tuesday December 2, I received the can opener. It did not look like what I thought it should and had smudges all over it. I looked at Walmart.com website to see if the can opener was the correct one. I paid $39.08 and the websiteon Tuesday said 13.47. I called and talked to customer service 800-925-6278 to a Breann who said she would credit my credit card the difference within 48 hrs. So today, I checked nothing was done. I called again and talked to Isa who said it was a marketplace item and she could not give me a credit. I then talked to a man named Frank. Apparently you do not stand behind items on your website period!!!! You can order an item and think it comes from Walmart.com and who knows where it comes from. So I found a paper that said fulfillment center in with the package and now I have to wait 10 days to find out something from ivg. IN THE MEANTIME I HAVE NO WORKING CAN OPENER AND AM LEFT WITH NOTHING. SO WALMART.COM WILL NOT BE GETTING ANY MORE ORDERS FROM ME. THANK YOU!
