I apologize from the bottom of my heart for contacting you and trying to report an incident that occurred at WalMart Corporate, Canóvanas, Puerto Rico. I realize that you are a very busy CEO and you have your plate full with more important things.
Yesterday around 13:00 hours I called WalMart of Canóvanas, Puerto Rico,

I was doing a Deli order online for an activity to be pick up today before 18: 00 hours when I was in the process to check out your website frozen. I could not process the order neither I could pay for it. The only thing I did it was to place a call to WalMart Canóvanas, PR.
SUMMARY OF THE INCIDENT :
I did follow the voice instructions of your phone directory. I dialed for Deli , it took 10 minutes to be connected then the lady that answered and TRANSFERRED ME TO CUSTOMER SERVICE, and I waited 15 minutes calling several times to reach an agent. The gentleman who took the call transferred me to another extension the 150 that I was Pharmacy⦠I was surprised what Pharmacy have to deal with Deliâ¦.
After talked with a representative then he transferred me to Grocery and again I waited about 12 minutes for an answer â¦. ⦠a lady representative answered and transferred me to Human Resourcesâ¦I ask you, Mr. McMillon, what Human Resources have to do with a Deli order ??? At HUMAN Resources I requested an assistance manager. Well, Mr. Rivas answers the phone 15 minutes later (it slips my mind his first name) and spoke for about 20minutes with Mr. Rivas â¦..
Mr. Rivas did not understand me in English then I explained the issue in Spanish again he replied that he did not understand my predicament, so I asked him if he preferred French since I speak French, well, I got inpatient an extremely frustrated that I asked him if he was a Moron ( a person with mild intellectual disability ). I did realize that this question was very unappropriated of my part, I had no excuse for such behavior. I was just upset with unprofessional job that these Puerto Rican people performed.
Thru years Walmart Inc. has been an excellent an American retail corporation, furthermore, I am very pleased with your services. My intention is not to cause controversies or problems, the reason I am contacting you, Mr. McMillon, due to the fact this type of behavior by a Walmart associates are completely unacceptable.
This incident could be resolved in less 15 minutes, the only thing was to get the online order and proceed to check out with my debt MasterCard from Freedom Federal Credit Union, Edgewood in Maryland.
POSSIBLE STRATEGIES TO DEAL WITH THIS INCIDENT :
a) Assist the customer to in the online order by phone and continue a course of action.
b) In an effort to become more competitive in the face of a flagging economy and to become an attractive jurisdiction for establishing businesses and creating employment opportunitiesâand to increase talent acquisition and retention locallyâPuerto Rico is overhauling its employment law.
Training educational employees to be effective ,efficient and professional in a any task assigned.
I appreciate you attention to this matter, so it is a bit longer, I have done it in my complaint Memorandum and hopefully I get a response.
