This is absolutely ridiculous that I cannot get any help on this issue, so I am contacting you.
On April 21, 2020, I placed an online order for microwave popcorn, a microwave oven, and a two-year warranty.
Received the popcorn, however, the shipping date kept changing on the microwave, so I cancelled the order.
I paid $65.68 total, kept the popcorn, but with the cancellation of the microwave and the warranty, I was owed $60.40.
I received the cancellation email, which said I would receive my refund in five business days. It has been well over five business days and I have yet to receive my money.
No one can tell me anything, (that is, when I am able to get someone by phone), and there is no email to contact anyone.
Please help me in this matter!
