Today I went to the Walmart store in Kennewick,WA to buy some material . I rung the bell and waited and then rung it again. No help came. I went to look for an associate, found one and asked him if he could get someone two help me. He said he would call someone. I waited again over 5 minutes, no help arrived, mind you that associate was helping someone else . After 5 minutes I went to find an other associate to help me, found one , she told me she would call someone. I waited a Toal of 1/2 hour, gave up and went to the front to ask to speak to a manager. The checker said she would call her. She never got a responds. I told her never mind and I left. I am sure it happens to more people than just me. I will not waste my time or spend my $$$$ at your store. I know you are a very large Co. to bad that the customers no not matter. Maria Goedhart, Kennewick, WA 99337
