why is Walmart pharmacy NOT an approved Medicare provider?? I'm a 72yr old diabetic. Been on insulin since 1960. On an insulin pump for 20 yrs. Medicare (which is not free) pays for the necessary supplies required with the insulin pump. A few days ago when I tried to get my insulin for another 3 months. Walmart wanted $395.! I don't have $395. They said my Medicare deductible was $250. , then their other fees (?) broght it to $395. After speaking with a few Medicare representatives, I learned my deductible had been satisfied all but $29.00. Then I learned that CVS pharmacy is the only Medicare approved pharmacy in Las Cruces, NM!!! Mr. McMillion...why is that???
I have always enjoyed shopping at Walmart. I don't like CVS at all. How come they are Medicare approved and you are NOT!
