Does GM stand behind their vehicles? The answer I\'m getting from the customer satisfaction team – Mary Barra email address

Gary Marcella sent a message to Mary Barra CEO, General Motors Company - email address that said:

Does GM stand behind their vehicles? The answer Im getting from the customer satisfaction team is NO . I switched out of a foreign vehicle because I wanted to support the American businesses and 4 months after (not even a single oil change . My engine dies. It somehow consumed 6 quarts of oil in 6k miles. The vehicle was young still when i bought it from a reputable dealer in my area, 74k miles has plenty of life left in it. I completely immersed myself within the Chevy brand when getting acquainted with my vehicle - monitoring the oil life meter in the vehicle, and even signing up.for Onstar services. I would like the opportunity to tell you more about this situation, and how Subaru of America is the only ones stepping up right now to help me in my time of need.
