I would like to / and am trying to return to work at Dollar Tree in Osceola, Arkansas. I quit there 5 years ago due to a medical problem. {I had a diabetic foot pressure sore on my toe that was not healing} I was called back in by my old manager and found out that I was tagged as a "do not hire" in the computer.
With all the people who are out of work, I just don't see very many wanting to return to work. Yet here I am, begging to come back and being refused because of something that happened 5 years ago.
I see people who quit being rehired all the time, can you please tell me why?
I came to work on time every day, did my job every day.
