Dear Mr Philbin,
Visited your Family dollar Store on Mason Avenue, Daytona Beach, about an hour ago. There was a sign on the door to the effect of no mask, no entry/no service. The assistant manager, who refused to give her name, could not cite any ordinance/law from city, county or state that substantiated this dictat. I read the city's RESOLUTION. Are you sure it is legal for your manager to deny service/entry to someone without a mask?
