you are a tenant of mine and I always found it amazing how the profits can be maintained with inflation on a one dollar product. I know its how you buy not sell but at some point inflation has to eat into your bottom line.
your name dollar tree is great to experiment on with the logo of a tree and adding $2.00,$3.00 $4.00 to the tree to what ever dollar amount you want.
if you took a section of the store I believe you could generate more profit and give a better product line to your consumer.
