You really need to visit the Dollar Tree at 10 School Street East Hartford, Ct 06108. The level of service here is beyond any experience and consumer should have to receive. Managers and Assistant Mangers are abusing their authority and treating the customers with no respect. Mean while the cashiers and crew members are doing there best to make the customer happy, management is talking back to customers and providing the worst customer service.
Never in my in retail experiences have someone spoken to me the way this manager spoken to me. I was embarrassed and humiliated. I believe that you care are about the people and no one should every leave in tears and told they can go shop somewhere else.
I'm looking for some light in this situation. would like to continue to shop at my local dollar tree but is management is going to push me out the door and say i can go to FAMILY DOLLAR!! i find that offensive!
This most be heard and not swept under the run, because I did nothing wrong. All i came in the store to buy that night was a father's day card.
