What a huge disappointment your company is! I have been in retail most of my life and I can honestly say visiting your store in Grass Valley CA was one of the worst experiences I've had lately.
Not only were the employees rude they were anything but, helpful!
I have been making hundreds of masks and donating them. I was using your thick garden ties to put in the nose area. I have bought about 10 or so from you and have had more donated so that I could continue donating masks. When I asked your employees to hold some they were attitudinal to say the least!
I then wanted to have a case shipped to me but didnât because your Auburn CA store said they had them and would hold some. The next day I called to say I was coming and they said we donât have any!
A week after you had them online they were out of stock! I guess I never should have trusted the Auburn CA store when they said they had them in stock and would hold them!
Needless to say, I feel as if I am doing you and your employees a favor by walking in the door. I know your products are cheap but that certainly doesn't mean we should be treated with disdain and lies.
