I would like to share with you my experience with your Sales agent at Millennium Welt, Seremban, Malaysia, Miss Sally Ku, I brought my car from her and she's one of the BEST agent I never seen, the way how she's carrying her customer, follow up was GREAT.
Beside this, there are 3 points which makes me disappointment, please find below details.
1. Before I brought my car from Sally Ku, I was booked my BMW with Penang Branch in Malaysia. However I have cancel the booking and asked for deposit refund. At first I had sent an email with my credit card statement to the Penang Auto Bavaria, Malaysia branch Manager, Paul and he didn't reply, therefore, I had called BMW voice 1800 883 000 and the customer agent Carolyn handled my concern regarding my deposit refund, I was told by Carolyn that she will following up with Penang Branch Manager, Paul Chan within 2 working days will get back to me, unfortunately until now she didn't get back to me at all and it has been more than a week.
2. After received my car 318i a week later, air conditional not working and I had called the nearest BMW workshop and BMW Auto Bavaria Ampang, Malaysia. The male agent (I can't recalled his name) was given me very bad impression, the moment I told him that my car air conditional not working and he replied that WE ARE SHORT STAFF, some technician attended training, some clear their annual leave, some are claimed their public holiday (Deepavali), is that the way how the agent tell the customer. I will expect BMW customer agent will helpful the customer to get things done. Unfortunately I don't get it from your associates, except SALLY KU, she is the GREATEST TEAM because when the customer agent told me, I totally lost confidence from him then I message Sally Ku about my air conditional wasn't working, she immediately called my mobile and arranged appointment with her technician to fix it. This is called customer care.
