Dr. Molina my child's January payment was sent to the Washington Location instead of Texas. I have been working on this issue since 2/12/2016 the check clearly has her Molina member number and her full name. I have been informed it has been posted to the wrong account. My child needs to see her doctor but i am being held up because these to office simply will not take care of the customer. I have done my apart being a citizen required to get insurance. This is absolutely disheartening knowing that your company is holding me up from taking my child to the doctor and threatening to cancel her. The error was on Bill Pay that part on my end has been fixed but your company is not doing tier part. On top of all this I am sick as well even with a heart condition this is adding more stress- Please help us....I have gotten the run around from over ten people that just keep passing me on. I know you have more things to do then handle this small issue. So very SORRY to have bothered you.
