During an upgrade in my apartment complex, one of the contractors damaged my television. This occurred April 5, 2017. I am a single woman and I work for a living, I cannot sit and wait for a phone call from Spectrum/Charter. They took a picture of my television and forwarded the picture to MO. They promised that a manager would contact me regarding my complaint. I even filed a complaint with the FCC and they still are giving me the run around. I dont know what else to do, I cannot afford to buy a brand new television.
