Dr. Mr Steiner,
There have been service issues for almost 9 months with this account. The drivers do not empty partially full dumpsters and then charge an overage fee the next pick up. This occurs almost weekly and video of the drivers not emptying the dumpsters has been shown to your local office.
The following reps have been involved with this issue:
Chris Semrock, Mitch Defranco, Lovorko Duvnjak Dick Kuralt.
I have argued for 9 months that your company practice of charging overage fees when the driver leaves partially full dumpsters from the previous pick it unethical and in violation of the contract. I have requested that the contract be voided and that you return the overage charges for the last 9 months and an audit of the monthly charges be conducted.
Mitch Defranco claims that he is investigating the situation and I wanted to ask you to provide any assistance Mitch requires in order to expedite his investigation.
