My name is Johnny Lara and Anita Lara. We are owners of a DR Horton home at 1921 Harvester Dr. Rockwall Texas 75032.
Four years before our 10 year warranty expired we contact you regarding a crack on the foundation in the middle of our home from one end to another end across the home.
You sent out your engineers to my house and you inspected the crack and decided it was not big enough to warrant repairs.
Four years later (today) that same crack has now grown and water is seeping through the foundation into the flooring (laminate) and the walls causing black mold to occur.
The file number back then was 68262

We would entertain moving into another DR Horton home here in Rockwall if possible permanently or while you repair ours.
