Mr. Auld, I regret having to contact you, but have requested assistance several times regarding issues with a home I purchased a year ago in the Carillon development in Pingree Grove, IL. The most recent was the year end survey. I mailed it over a month ago, and have yet to hear from anyone, even though I requested that someone contact me.
I would appreciate you following up on my survey which included a 3 page "List of Issues" and numerous pictures. I hope this request will not be ignored like the rest of them have been.
