Dear sir I'm very concerned about a utility pole a new one that has been laying across the street on the grass next to the road since last November. The pole was supposed to be changed out at the back of our property. I've called a few times and they always come up with another line of B S. Here it is June 18 th and the pole still hasn't been changed. I know Covid 19 has a little to do with it but from November till June 18 th nothing has been done. I've talked with some employees from D T E and they say the lady that's in charge of pole replacement is something else to deal with maybe a talking to might help.
