Good Morning Mr. Norcia, I purchased a $3000 air conditioner from DTE on Thursday June 4. It got installed Monday June 8. Here it is June 12 and my air is still not working correctly. DTE has been out to my house to do repairs twice and still the system is not working correctly. When I try to contact Managers I am getting the run around, no Supervisors or Managers call me back. I was told they are working in the field. I don't trust a new product that has to be repaired several times and I can not believe a large company such as DTE is behaving in this manner. I am so disappointed and very angry and felt like I got ripped off by this company. I have told the agents that answer the phone I will go to the Attorney General if I don't receive a new unit and all new parts for installing this units and I want a discount on the new unit for the suffering of living in a house that is 80 degrees with a defective air conditioner. Can you resolve this issue? I can not get anyone to help me except the repair man who wants to come back once again repair my new unit. Not acceptable!
