Sorry for interrupting your business, but I had to contact you.
* The DTE staff from the very low level to the director level couldn\'t help solving my billing issue
* No one couldn\'t take a decision and treat this issue in a definite professional way (I really had very bad experience with them.. lack of experience, rudeness, not trained well, not meeting their promises , you can name it!!!)
* My issue is very simple which I need to refund my credit that is on the bills
* I\'ve been trying to get that refund back for more than 3-4 months
* This credit got accumulated as a result of going oversees for more than 1 year (no one in the house)
* I was in a budget plan for $65.00 plus a home warranty plan for $60.00
Because NO one in the home and I\'m oversees:
* I asked my son who lives away from my house to take care of my bills and pay them on behalf of me (He doesn\'t know that he has to pay only $65.00, accordingly he decided to pay a flat rate for $220.00 every month for the during the whole period I was oversees ( to avoid any problem with the company while he is away of my home.. * He didn\'t tell me how much he used to pay.. I didn\'t ask him.. but because he doesn\'t live in the house, he decided paying that amount every month)
* While I was oversees with my wife she came back to USAA for a visit and she found out a huge amount of credit in my DTE bill and Consumer Energy as well
* I asked her to ask for a refund she got around $800.00 that was back in DECEMBER,2017 or before and when I came back (that was in late of March, 2017) there was still about $1660.00 as a credit
* I asked for it to be refunded, from that time they gave me all types of the had time you can name and finally they refunded only $440.00 out of $1660.00
* I kep asking for the rest of my credit
* Every call it started with one of them very low level of DTE representative and ended with a supervisor or manger or director
* No one neither said that I definitely don\'t deserve to have the right for refunding this money nor we are not going to refund them (they kept asking for more time to investigate.. that has been for more that 3-4 months)
* Again, I\'m kindly asking you to solve this issue as soon as possible as I need this money
* If they refunded me the other credit why NOT this time.,
* The same thing happened with Consumer Energy, but they refunded me all the credits to the last penny.. why DTE didn\'t.,
* I assumed it is because you are the only service provider providing this type of service and no other competitor, that is why you doing that!!!
*!But it is very easy to make a campaign and had the governor to have more than one service provider to provide this type of
service..
*I know it is a huge infrastructure and it is NOT easy to do so.. But everything is possible to be done as long we are good tax payers
But BTW, I feel that you need to take care of the lower management levels of the DTE
* I hope I could give you a picture of the frustration, great pain, and irritation I had been living with since I started asking for my money back
* Pleas, let me know if you can help in getting me my credit back (around at least $1400.00)
* I irgue you to make your best in solving such these issue (too many people suffering from the billing system in the DTE COMPANY)
* For example, while there was about $1400.00 credit and started asking for it, the next bill had a balance due for about $500.00
* What power had forced the billing system to do so unless someone ride over the billing system to change the credit to debit for that much money
* Please, pay attention to such those games ( for me it is a very fishy thing!!!!)
