Hi Mr. Jerry Norcia, As mentioned above my name is Glenn Davis, I live in Chesterfield Mich. 48047. At approximately 7:45 on Fri 5/1/2020 we lost power in our area, the power was restored at approximately 9:45. After the power was restored approximately 2 hours later our TV went, later that evening when we started to cook dinner the oven wasn't working on our stove. Is this a coincidence I think not, I know the TV is a complete lost sadly but the oven on the stove is covered by our protection plan that we have through DTE. When we called DTE to schedule an appointment for someone to come out we were told a person could not be sent out because of then Corona virus, if I had to guess I'm still being charge for the service when the service is not available. I live on a fixed income from S.S and can't be replacing mt appliances.
