We have been on 1/2 power since Saturday 10/20/18 at 1:00PM. We have no heat, refrigerators out (2), no electric upstairs. Repeated checks of outage map have said power would be restored Sat at 11:30PM; Sun 11:30PM; now Monday 11:30PM. In short, BS.
Yesterday, Sunday, at 3PM, one of your employees [from west side] came by and said the problem was a blown fuse on the transformer and could/would be repaired in 10min once repair crew arrived. He said he would put it in the computer, and, would call it in. As of 10:20AM- NOTHING!!!!
You got paid $13Million last year. This is unacceptable.
