I need some help and I do not know where else to turn, so I thought that maybe you or someone in your office could help me. I take care of my mother and I have been hit with some hard times at work where I have lost hours recently and my service is scheduled to be shut off tomorrow and no one seems to care. I get on Facebook to message someone at DTE and they say, sorry, you are out of holds for your account. I told them that I can pay on Friday, 3 days away, but they still said no. What great customer service. the only way I could get an extension was to agree to submit the documents for low income of which I will not qualify. Wish I could switch to Consumers Energy.
