I read the recent mass emailing to DTE customers which carried Jerry Norcia’s name. I can’t get a follow up response from a contact person at DTE after receiving a tag from DTE on my door after they claim my issue was corrected. It wasn’t corrected. I don’t know what if anything they did because no info was on the ticket. This is NOT customer service. I was one of hundreds of thousands of customers who lost power and food twice. Is anyone going to give me the respect of contacting me and giving me real answers?
