Its hard to tell you how disappointed I am with your company DTE. With the recent storms I lost power and have been waiting patiently for service to return. It has been 4 days, so my wife called to see what status was since the restore date has passed. She was told to check the breakers in a very sarcastic tone and that all work is complete. We in addition to all my neighbors all do not have power!! Again, we were told in a non friendly way that we must be the problem!! Not happy at all, and still no power. I demanded action tonight, and was told they will look into it....That means no......So disappointed in how we were treated, and your technicians clearly need retraining, as they rely on electrical tests that are not accurate......Additionally, I wondered why I have a crew working all night to clean up transformer oil in my backyard.....It's loaded with PCB's!!....I will be calling the Michigan Environmental hotline in the morning, as this requires a full environmental assessment....and clean-up cost by DTE
