Mr. Anderson,
I want to let you know what\'s going on. My name is Andrea Smith. My phone number is 8109565938. I live in Port Huron, MI. I have 5 children in my home. My electricity was shut off on Wednesday. I called the call center shortly afterwards to make arrangements and was told I could get on a plan where I could pay $326 to turn it back on and pay the rest in payments with my regular bill. I arranged to borrow the money because I don\'t get paid until the weekend. When I called back to make the payment I was informed that I couldn\'t get that plan because I don\'t have proof of being low income. I make $48,000 per year and have 7 people in my household. They wanted me to send copies of my kids social security cards to your company to prove I had them. I\'m sure you understand why I was unwilling to do this. My kids schools don\'t even have those numbers. So they told me I would have to pay the whole amount. It took till the next day to get the money, But we paid it at about 1pm this afternoon. It was a cold night. When I paid the bill, I was told that they would be out to turn on our electricity today. When 5 pm rolled around and they hadn\'t come, I called back. I was informed that my appointment wasn\'t until tomorrow. I asked for a supervisor. She was also unwilling to help us. I asked why I wasn\'t called and informed about the change, at the very least. She responded that it wasn\'t required. So, it doesn\'t matter that it\'s the decent thing to do. Your company doesn\'t care about their customers enough to show them the common decency of a phone call. It\'s going to be another cold night at my house.
